Monica Youngblood is a born and raised Albuquerque native, who before becoming a Realtor worked in the local Architectural & Engineering industry. While her concentration was in the Marketing and Project Management with the firms she worked with, she worked closely with architects and engineers on projects like the Albuquerque Isotopes Ballpark, the new FBI Building and the NSSB Facility in Los Alamos.

During her career, Monica became more and more intrigued by Albuquerque’s growth and the revitalization of Albuquerque’s historic areas and wanted a more hands on way of contributing to the growth of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
